As an experienced, skilled, dynamic and competent, commercial build company we have many excellent client reviews and working relations with Local Councils, Housing Associations as-well as Tier 1 and 2 contractors. This is because we work tirelessly to ensure deadlines and budgets are met while always ensuring quality, effective communication and safety regulations are met at every turn.

We have a current public contract with North Lanarkshire Council where we are refurbishing interiors and exteriors of part of a High School to become a work-space hub that can be accessed by the local community. We also have a contract with the West of Scotland Housing Association refurbishing flats in Glasgow. Our previous commercial experience include being sub-contracted in by TSL; our scope was to expand an Albert Bartlett manufacturing plant in Airdrie, Lanarkshire. We did so successfully and continue to keep good relations with these main contractors.

We have a wide experience in shop-fitting and commercial office fit outs; we have project managed complete fit out works in Pure Gyms across the West of Scotland, Tesco’s, Co-ops, RBS and Napier University in Edinburgh. We are experienced and familiar in the commercial construction and bidding process by identifying what it is we do well such as social housing, school builds, public contracts, healthcare and sporting facilities among a few. As a multi-trade construction company we know we can deliver on these types of jobs safely and will be focussing on specific projects we know we can truly deliver on.

We know it is fully our responsibility to do our due diligence to ensure we have all pertinent information that is accurate and up-to-date to ensure our final bids are complete and competitive.
